Game day responsibilities

  1. Set Game Roster
    Verify that all players and staff are verified on your roster. Non-verified profiles will not print on your game day roster. Written in players are not permitted.

  2. Print Match Card or Access Game QR Code
    Each team is responsible for accessing the game QR code for each match to present to the referee crew. This can be done by printing a game card, or accessing the game card/QR code via a mobile device. Jersey numbers must be added to the roster before each match. This will list all rostered players and team officials- anyone not listed on the match card is not permitted in the technical area.

  3. Bring Corner Flags and Game Balls
    Each team is expected to provide 3 corner flags and 2 game balls at each match.

  4. Submit Game Reports & Scores
    Each team will be responsible for entering their game scores in PlayMetrics and completing the FairWhistle Survey.

  5. Need to Reschedule?
    Teams are responsible for contacting opponents when needing to reschedule. Use the guide for assistance.
