We get it, things come up and sometimes original game dates no longer work for your team. We have a flexible re-scheduling policy and will work with teams to the utmost of our abilities to change game schedules when necessary. Please follow the below procedure and keep in mind the following requirements:

• A valid reason must be provided for a re-schedule. Re-scheduling games causes issues/concerns for both teams, managers, and families. Abusing this system will create an adjustment to our flexible re-scheduling policy. Missing key players would NOT be considered a valid reason!

• Any changes that need to be made during the season must be received a minimum of 5 days (120 Hours) prior to the original game date. Games will not be rescheduled if the request is received less than 5 days prior to the scheduled game date. No Exceptions!

• All requests MUST go through the registered team manager and coach.

Reschedule fee: $50, paid by the team requesting the change.
This does not include instances where league schedulers may have made a mistake based on agreed dates at self-schedule meetings. Corrections are at no cost to the teams.
Forfeit Fee: $100 plus fields and referee costs, with proper notification to the league more than 12 hours before the match
No Show Fee: $250 plus fields and referee costs, with no notification, or notification less than 12 hours before the match

Fees will be invoiced to the club when the changes/cancellation is made.

**Schedule change requests can only be initiated on desktop at this time.

Reschedule Procedure

A club or team admin must contact the opposing club and team admins first and teams must agree on a new game date.
All communication is done in PlayMetrics.

1. Club Admins and Team Admins (if allowed by their club) are able to submit schedule change requests.

2. When entering your reschedule request you will need to select the new date, time and location

   Tips: You can choose a preferred location and field, if there is already a game on that field you will get a conflict notice.
   If you do not have a preferred location, or are having trouble finding a field available choose the location “TBD” and staff will find a field when approving the reschedule.

3. Once a schedule change has been requested, it will need to be evaluated by the opposing team's club admin and/or the league admins. A schedule change request initiated by a Team Admin would first need to be approved their own club, then by the opposing club.
